Dr. Fontaine had a year-long waitlist running on a Squarespace page that wasn't built for high-ticket sales. Conversion sat at 1.4%. The copy was credentials-first, the photography was stock, and the page never named who Restored was actually for. We had ten days before her next launch window.
We started with positioning — not design. Three calls with Nicole and four of her best clients to find the exact words they used about the work. Built a single-purpose page around one promise ("You're not broken — you're depleted.") and one CTA. Replaced the credential wall with a short founder note and the testimonials closest to the buyer's exact situation. Shot fresh lifestyle imagery the week before launch.
Waitlist conversion moved from 1.4% to 4.5% in the first two weeks. The Q1 cohort sold out in 72 hours — twice the previous best. Nicole now uses the same page structure as the template for her two other programs.
